- A daily sunrise ‘awakening’ at Port Fairy’s Little East Beach.

- This is a three (3) day residential program held in Port Fairy at the end of the Great Ocean Road in South Western Victoria (3.5 hours from Melbourne).

Your Lead Facilitator
David Mallard is an extensively experienced trainer, coach, mentor, guide, adviser and consultant and has been actively involved in human development work for over 25 years. He is trained in Breathwork, accredited in the DiSC personality profile, holds a Cert. IV in Training & Assessment, is certified in Mental Health First Aid as well as holding Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees – he is also a Fellow of CPA Australia.
David is a graduate of the professional ‘Wild Mind Training Program’ with the Animas Valley Institute of Colorado and recently completed Francis Weller’s Grief Ritual leadership training. He has extensive senior executive experience working closely with CEO’s and Boards and was formerly the Chief Audit Executive in one of Australia’s largest organisations.
In parallel David has facilitated hundreds of personal growth meetings, workshops and seminars. In 1998 he co-founded the NFP and registered charity Melbourne Men’s Group Inc and is the Treasurer of Soulcraft ANZ Inc. David is a recipient of CPA Australia’s ‘President’s Award for Excellence – Distinguished Service‘ with a specific focus on Human Development and Mental Health.

Dave Stevens is an experienced facilitator and trusted consultant to leaders of public practice firms across Australia’s auditing industry. Dave has previously held senior audit quality leadership positions within both the private and public sector, including as an advisor to international practices.
He has endured the physical and emotional toll of working as an auditing practitioner, and recognises the power that a safe and supportive group environment provides to enable our natural healing processes to occur. As co-host of this residential intensive, Dave’s vision is to create an environment and program which allows people coping with stress, anxiety, and burnout related challenges the necessary space and time to heal.
Visiting Presenter
Chris Caldwell is a counselling psychologist, supervisor, teacher and group facilitator with over forty years’ experience in the field of healing and personal development. Chris has explored and trained in diverse fields during his practitioner career including the body mind model of Wilhelm Reich, formal meditation and yoga trainings in Australia and India, extensive practice in dreamwork and depth psychology as initiated by Carl Jung and extended into the transpersonal work of Stanislav Grof. Amongst other things, Chris currently teaches transpersonal counselling at the IKON Institute of Australia.
