‘Thank you, David, it truly was an incredible program, and it spoke volumes the fact that no one wanted to leave the workshop at the end.’

In a world where disconnection and stress are the norm, the Wholeness and Wellbeing Starter Program offers a positive antidote. It’s a transformative journey back to ourselves, to each other, and to the natural rhythms of life. Through deeper self-awareness, resilience-building, and purpose-driven practices, we encourage individuals to thrive, claiming more joy, clarity, and connection into both their personal and professional lives.
Our half-day starter program is your ‘Everest Base Camp’ – simply signing up and showing up is a meaningful achievement in itself! This is not a specific mental health support program, rather it provides a moment to step outside the demands of your busy life, to reflect on your journey to date, and offers a glimpse of both the challenges and the rewards that lie ahead. The starter programs offers a remedy for the isolating and transactional culture we live and work within.
What you will experience:
- Inner Exploration – Engage in guided activities to deepen self-awareness and personal insight.
