Your nervous system knows when it needs to come home.
Less noise. Less performance. More breath. More truth. More presence.
In this era of deep uncertainty – what Francis Weller calls The Long Dark – the body asks for something different. Something honest.
Wild Breath is a 2-night immersive breathwork retreat held on the wild edges of Venus Bay, Victoria. Nestled beside the Tarwin River estuary at the All Space Nature Retreat, it’s open to all genders and held to just 8 participants – intimate by design, not by accident.
Here, depth is possible without overwhelm. Spaciousness and intensity coexist. Integration is built in.
This is not about productivity. It’s about arriving – fully.
All food, accommodation and guidance is provided.
This experience is about intentionality, not productivity. All food, accomodation and guidance is provided.

About this workshop:
Across the weekend, you’ll be guided through several carefully held, varying breathwork journeys, each inviting access to different layers of yourself – emotional, somatic, imaginal, and instinctual.
The work is grounded and clearly held, contextualised by the Animas Valley Institute’s Wild Mind Map of the Human Psyche, offering a shared language for understanding inner experience and supporting meaningful integration.
This workshop experience is about intentionality, not productivity.
There are no efficiency gains to be made – no outcomes to optimise – only a steady invitation to listen, to sense, and to respond honestly to what is alive in you.
Between sessions, there is time – real time – to soften, rest, and land.
You’ll wander through coastal bushland, sweat and restore in the sauna and/or spa, bathe in the estuary, participate in deep imaginal journeys that invite insight beyond words. There will be space for reflection, journaling, and quiet connection, both alone and together.
Nourishment is central to the experience. You’ll be fed beautiful, nourishing vegetarian meals thoughtfully crafted to support and reflect the depth of inner work being undertaken.
This is not a retreat about fixing yourself. It is an invitation to remember the wholeness that is available and alive beneath the surface.
To breathe with intention.
To listen to the body’s wholeness waiting to arrive.
To meet the wise terrain of the inner and outer wild world while being held, supported, and witnessed.
